Terms 2.1, privacy update and legal notice

Terms and conditions version 2.1: EU consumers who withdraw after their account has started now get a proportionate refund (1/14 of the fee kept per day), and Section 14.5 adds the model withdrawal form. The privacy policy now lists Meta, X, NOWPayments and Bybit and explains which decisions are automated and how to ask for a human review. A new legal notice page names the operator and its representative. Promotional pages for EU visitors show the lowest price of the previous 30 days as the crossed-out price.

dolvero.com has a new interface: a redesigned homepage, a dedicated page for each market (CFD, crypto, futures, prediction markets), a rebuilt rules page where you pick the market and account type and see every rule as an animated tile with a full explanation, plus new transparency, changelog, careers, contact and blog pages. Everything in English, Czech, German and Spanish, one cookie bar across the site and a bot check on the contact form.

Terms v2.0 published

Updated program parameters, simulated-account disclosures, a unified refund policy (fee refunded with the 2nd payout across all programs), new Futures and Prediction Markets annexes, updated EU consumer information (ADR) and execution-model wording. A unified qualifying trading-day definition (>=0.5% closed profit of starting balance) now applies to CFD and Crypto alike.

Minimum Trading Days Clarified

A day now counts toward the minimum trading days requirement only if it closes with a profit of at least 0.5% of the starting balance. This is applied consistently across the rules, your metrics and the terms.
